Terms of Use intend to explain the rules of use of Fastige (referred to as the Application, us, we, and our) which are applied to all users who downloaded and installed the Application. Please note that you automatically agree to all the points of this document. If you disagree with the rules described here, you should immediately delete it from your device. Fastige can introduce amendments to this document without prior notice to the users. Once the changes appear in these Terms of Use, you automatically agree to them as well. The violation of any rule described in the document may lead to the block of your account without an explanation from the app’s administration. Therefore, we encourage you to check the document from time to time to be updated on the rules of use of Fastige
As was mentioned above all users follow the same rules and everyone bears sole responsibility for the next actions:
• The content that is prohibited by law is not allowed to be uploaded or shared;
• The organization or participation in illegal activities is strictly prohibited;
• You’re not allowed to harm, offense or discriminate (based on gender, religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability) other people while using Fastige;
• The source code of the Application should not be accessed or shared without prior official permission from the owner of Fastige;
• You’re not allowed to violate the intellectual property rights of others while using Fastige.
As was mentioned above all users follow the same rules and everyone bears sole responsibility for the next actions:
We cannot guarantee the reliability of the system. You agree to our service as is. From which follows that you agree not to file claims against Fastige or its owners in case of any damage caused during the operation of the system.
We do not control the websites and applications you visit or use while Fastige is on. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content and programs that may be downloaded to your device. Fastige also strives to make its services available at any time. However, there are obstacles such as poor connection, disconnection with VPN services, or any other unpredictable and uncontrolled reasons that may be an issue to reach our goal. The developers of the application are not responsible for the data that may be accidentally deleted, not delivered, or redirected incorrectly due to the issues with network or problems with the Application. Fastige can limit the performance capabilities of the Application at its sole discretion.
